Michelle Pierce, BS, BA, CHHC


Don’t let her young skin and bright blue eyes fool you into thinking she’s a twenty something – Michelle is radiant, she is also a single mom of three and an energetic dynamo who juggles her own business, a hectic family schedule, and stays lean and fit in the middle of what she calls the “unending roller coaster of life”. She has a direct and firm approach to nutrition counseling and wellness, with a no-holds-barred attitude. As a woman who had personally dealt with her own weight struggles since childhood, Michelle truly understands how difficult those challenges can be when you are constantly busy and always trying to be everything to everyone.

As a former law-student turned stay-at-home mom, Michelle has spent the past 12 years learning and transforming not only herself but also her children’s way of living and eating. Having encountered and overcome the challenge of an unwanted divorce after a 13 year marriage, she has an enormous amount of empathy for and is a cheerleader to the parent who is over-stressed, over-worked but who knows they need to do something different with their health and food; not just for themselves, but for their family. She is known for telling it like it is and has a passion to get to the point and get her clients results.

Michelle has termed herself a “science nerd” and is constantly reading and investigating food, health, fitness and living well in general. With a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware, and now as an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners from completing training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City; she has a broad understanding of nutrition and its impact on overall wellness. She is an avid follower and advocate of the Paleo and Primal lifestyle, but is also trained in over 70 different dietary theories and that there is no “one size fits all” way to eat. She has competed regionally in Crossfit competitions and is best known at her gym for being both a fast runner and a heavy deadlifter – hitting her max weight at 260 lbs.

When Michelle is not counseling, you will find her making trips in a packed van to Florida’s beautiful beaches, local museums or WDW with her three kids. School breaks bring the addition of two more little ones; as her boyfriend and her have the pleasure of entertaining FIVE active kiddos in total. They are both passionate about family, health, and life and are enjoying planning their future together.
